Summer Hat Addict

Eco friendly crochet Cloche summer hat - raffia yarn - fiber plant

I enjoy so much working with this Raffia yarn. Summer Hats are my fave :) I made few for sale and few for summer gifts to friends and family members while vacationing with them :).

This Yarn is more expensive than the regular one, but I love the idea of it being from natural and recycled materials. Ready for some HATS? ;)

Crochet gift tags

I love gifts wrapping, and I love to wrap my shop items. Knowing that sometimes, it has to go over to the other side of the world, beyond safety I always add something small and thoughtful.

When I saw this cute small motif pattern I knew it will be perfect for both using my scrap yarn and as a lovely gift tags :)
I think this is super cute, and I just can't stop making more and more and... :)

love for Japanese Crochet

I love Japanese crochet pattern, no no - I adore Japanese crochet pattern :).
I can't get enough browsing my books, or any new pattern that I can get a hold on online.
I am a true addict (and I love it).
My new crochet addiction is Raffia. And most of it I am taking from this cute cute pattern book.
かぎ針編みアンダリアのぼうしとバッグ (Let’s Knit series)

It is much slower to crochet, but the result just worth it, Plus it is so very hot right now so it is practical as well.
I am working on some summer gifts for my friends and family that I will be visiting on our vaction. They live in the very south part of Israel which is also happen to be the hottest super sunny spot as well, I am so positive this is going to be in great use for them :)

And one for me, of course, I will definitely need it while boiling out there,

Crescent Moon Shawl

all photos are taken by my iPhone...sorry

I have been looking for this pattern for the longest …FINALLY I was able to get a hold of it - BIG YAY, and left all of my 98789634875687345634 'in progress' projects aside, and started crocheting it with this beautiful Egyptian cotton I got for it :)).

The desidner is Mayumi Kawai , which I adore all of her patterns, so very lovely.

all details are on Ravelry.

Cooler Days, yay:)

Winter is almost here :) (oh yeh I am super happy about it - it was way too hot in here). Things are so busy around here that I get little to no blogging at all. My creative space has to do mostly with crocheting. This is the only thing I can get done without my tiny one destroying it he he.
I have several new project I want to photo and share with you, but for now - since I am happy about my days getting cooler :) here is few shawls I made finally for myself.

This was actually, was one of my very first projects I did when I self learned to crochet, and turned out to be one of my fave scarf to wear. I had to fix some it this week :).

This one I also wear as a scarf, loves how quickly I get warm with it.

And, this is very first actual adult super size :-D shawl, I couldn't resist this pattern when I first saw it. Very fun to crochet at cooler nights <3.

Kids Clothes Week Challenge Day 6

Since we were invited for holiday dinner last night, and I was responsible for the desserts, I didn't get any sewing at all. BUT, I had lots of great time with my friends and family, had fabulous food AND, somehow, manage to finish crocheting my tiny one hooded jacket :)

It was truly hard task to get her to pose for me, this IS the best I've got he he

FREE pattern and on details are on Ravelry.
