My favorite kid just had his birthday, and we are going to celebrate it next week with his family. I really want to make him a nice hooded coat for winter. So, I try, as hard as I can, to find "boy" matching colors from my stock before I drive to the city....
this is the only comb that I like so far, wish me luck =)!!
Since I am a great fan of Macrobiotic food, food coloring is not something you will find in our daily menu. So when me and my daughter first saw this, I had some mixed emotions on making this. And, then I have decided why not it is only one time a year and she looked so happy while watching it =D so I went ahead and made her this one. I must say it is very quick and easy process. The only thing is that if you make it a day ahead the layers pressing each other and might look thinner (a lot)than they were before.
The weather changes effected me I guess, and I feel like I have hedgehog in my Throat and can't really do much around the house. So, Instead of finishing one crochet project and move to another I have been working on 3 of them at the same time. Each one is at a different part of the house, and I try to sneak a row here and there =)
I am Using fabric left overs, and little towels as a comfy changing mat =). It is very easy and quicky project, I made several of them, for about every corner around the house... (I don't know why but for some reason I keep on getting tiny and little towels gifts for the new born...I have now little factory and I am looking for projects to use it =D)
(I also added little green elastic to make rolling and closing easier)
Finally, I was being able to sew this weekend and finish some projects that I had to send out to friends already. It all we super quick and easy, The hardest part was to get this little time alone in my studio =D.
